Review,

analyses and independent checks, and original studies were conducted for

, each item in the work program. Each of these are described in the appro-

priate chapters of this report.

STAFF

I

The work program was carried out by essentially the project team

given in our proposal. The team consisted of Mr. Eric Will, Project Manager

and principal investigator for spillway and reservoir hydraulics,

,Mr. V. A. Koelzer, who gave overall advice and review and carried out the

: hydrologic portions of the study, and Mr. J. L. H. Paulhus, who conducted

the hydrometeorological review and analyses. In addition, Mr. R. O. Gilmore

and the Dames & Moore support staff conducted the flood routing, reservoir

routing and cost analyses. Typing and drafting were coordinated by

Ms. Laneda Bennett and Mr. Doug Coffman.

I

I

II
I

ACKNOlvLEDGEMENTS

I

We wish to express our thanks to the staff of the U.S. Bureau of

Reclamation (hereafter referred to as the USBR) , in both the Engineering

and Research Center and at the Regional level, for their cooperation through-

out this study. In all cases, they made available the notes and supporting

data, as well as the results of their studies. Without their cooperation,

this study could not have been carried out within the available time and

budge t.

,I

I

I

I

I

!DAMES e.
