He <br />can invite the State Department of Emergency S.ervices to conduct dr.l1ls <br />and exerci ses to develop a comprehensive approach in the region. <br /> <br />The committee can also request workshops fl"Om the Colorado 1iater <br />Conservation Board, the Fe(jeral Emergency Management Agency, and the Pikes <br />Peak Area Council of Governments to foster the, regional .ipproach to <br />planning. <br /> <br />Recommendation B.
