These individuals willingly and generously shared their expertise, <br />perspectives, inspiration, methodological suggestions, insights, and <br />provided feedback on our progress through the course of the research <br />,~ffort. We wish to especially thank the following people. <br /> <br />Members of the Technical Advisory Committee actively assisted with <br />ideas and suggestions. In particular, Jack Truby from the Colorado <br />Division of Disaster Emergency Services, and Clancy Philipsborn, Nancy <br />Stone, Bob Ives, Tim Maywalt, Connie Murphy, Randy Hamilton, and John <br />Swanson from the Federal Emergency Management Agency deserve special <br />mention for their time and attention.
