Main Street <br />Yuma, CO 80759 <br /> <br />Dear Mayor Mustain: <br /> <br />Enclosed is our Phase A report on the Yuma Flood Plain Information <br />Study per our contract with the Town dated July 12, 1976, This report <br />represents the summary and conclusion of the Phase A segment of the <br />study. <br /> <br />The conclusions of the study indicate the major drainageway that <br />traverses the northern section of the Town of Yuma does not pose a <br />significant flood hazard to the town, and with certain management <br />procedures (i.e., drainageway improvement and flooding easement) will <br />not be a problem in the future.
