Modify susceptibility to damages and <br />disruption <br /> <br />. Modifying flooding <br /> <br />. Modifying the impacts of flooding <br /> <br />. Restoring and Preserving the Natural and <br />Cultural Resources of Floodplains <br /> <br />There are a number of tools or measures available <br />for implementing each of these strategies. This <br />page generally describes each tool and assesses the <br />status of its use.
