If the entire <br />structure is at or above the elev!'!tion of the base flood, the structure may be excluded from the Special Flood Hazard Area. <br />PORTIONS OF THE PROPERTY REMAIN IN THE SFHA (This Additional Consideration applies to the preceding 2 <br />Properties.) <br />This Determination Document has removed the subject of the determination from the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA)_ <br />However, portions of the property may remain in the SFHA. Therefore, any future construction or substantial improvement <br />on the property remains subject to Federal, State/Commonwealth, and local regulations for floodplain management. <br />SUPERSEDES OUR PREVIOUS DETERMINATION (This additional consideration applies to all properties in the <br />LOMR.F DETERMINATION DOCUMENT (REMOVAL)) <br />This Determination Document supersedes our previous determination dated 03/09/2000, for the subject property. <br />This attachment provides additional information regarding this request.
