dlstricto (S-3) ~long ro~nt~in Creek, Dry Creek, ~ild Horse_Dry
Creek, and the Arkan~aa River. In rebru~ry 1968, the Pueblo
City C~Jncil passed a "i~iler zoning ordin~nce to serve the needs
