River Management
In effect, the South Platte Rher Master Plan is to be a long_term road map
for the South Platte River. It is toorovide information to understand the
problems of the river and to assist in managing and operating the South
Platte River from Chatfield R~servoir to BriQhton at Basel ine Road.

River Flow
It was realized early during the course of the study tl1at rnost of th etime
