MUTUALLY AGREEABLE PLAN <br /> <br />Through a request of the Town of Hayden, Routt County, and the <br />Routt County Soil Conservation District (called sponsors) and the <br />Soil Conservation Service (called scsi, this mutually agreeable <br />RC&D measure plan has been completed. This RC&D measure has been <br />adopted by the Colorado Big Country RC&D Council and included in <br />the area plan as a means to accomplishing objectives for the <br />area. <br /> <br />VI I. AGREEMENT REQUIRED TO OBLIGATE FUNDS <br /> <br />This is not a fund ~bligating document. Financial and other assis- <br />tance to be furnished by the SCS in carrying out the work in this <br />plan is contingent on the appropriation of funds for this purpose. <br /> <br />A separate agreement will be entered into between the SCS and the <br />Sponsors before either party initiates work involving funds of the <br />other party. Such agreement will set forth in detail the financial <br />and working arrangements and other conditions that are applicable <br />to the specific improvements to be installed. <br /> <br />VIII. COMPLIANCE WITH CIVIL RIGHTS ACT <br /> <br />The program conducted will be in compliance with all requirements <br />respecting nondiscrimination as contained in the Civil Rights Act <br />of 1964 and the Regulations of the Secretary of Agriculture (7 <br />C.F.R., Section 15.1-15.12) which provide that no person in the <br />United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national <br />origin be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits <br />of, or be subjected to discrimination under any activity receiving <br />federa I f i nanc i a 1 ass i stance. <br /> <br />1/ Investigation has disclosed that under present conditions, the RC&D <br />measures will not result in the displacement of any person, business <br />or farm operation. However, if relocations become necessary, reloca- <br />tion payments will be cost-shared in accordance with the percentage <br />shown. <br /> <br />7 <br />
