<br />The previous study for the geographic area of the Town of Severance was shown on the Flood
<br />Insurance Rate Map for the unincorporated areas of Weld County, Colorado, dated September 28,
<br />1982 (Reference 9).
<br />
<br />A Flood Insurance Study for the unincorporated areas of Weld County is being prepared concurrently
<br />with this Flood Insurance Study (Reference 10). These studies are in agreement with each other,
<br />
<br />This report either supersedes or is compatible with all previous studies published on streams studied
<br />in this report and should be considered authoritative for the purposes of the NPIP.
