<br />COMMENTARY - SHEET 21 <br /> <br />The existing channel requires only slight realignment and reshaping to convey the <br />reduced 100-year runoff through the proposed Wolff Run Park. The Master Plan for the <br />park allocates an 80-foot width for the drainage channel, which flows in a southwesterly <br /> <br />TOTAL IMPROVEMENT COSTS - SHEET 21 <br />Item <br />Channel Improvements <br />Street Improvements <br />Utility Relocation <br /> <br />direction through the park. The maintenance trail proposed for the upstream channel <br /> <br />section should tie into the hiker/biker trail planned for the park. The maintenance trail is <br /> <br />optional for this section of channel as maintenance access is available from West 76th <br />Avenue and from the Park. <br /> <br />SUB-TOTAL <br />Contingencies (25% of Sub-Total) <br /> <br />From the park it will parallel 76th Avenue for approximately 1,000 feet <br /> <br />downstream before crossing under 76th Avenue to the confluence with Little Dry Creek <br />near Zenobia Street.
