These culverts should be kept free of debris and
repaired as required,
The channel itself, constructed by the developers of the adjacent lands, should be
cleared of all debris, including trash, uprooted vegetation, and other material at regular
intervals during the flood season and after all major storms. Continued enforcement of
floodplain regulations and an ongoing program of floodplain management are inherent
aspects of the flood control plan.

TOTAL IMPROVEMENT COSTS - SHEET 7
Item
TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS
Annual Operation and Maintenance Costs
Present Worth Operation and Maintenance Costs

Cost
$ 0
$ (840)
$ 12,200

TOTAL IMPROVEMENT COSTS

$12,200
