The overtopping of <br />Alkire Road is within acceptable limits established by the Urban Storm Drainage Criteria <br />Manual, and culverts of appropriate size should be constructed under Alkire Road when <br />adjacent lands are developed. The area along this stretch of channel remains <br />predominantly in a natural state.
