Preface

I

This floodplain information report for the reach of the South Arkansas
River (Little River) located between the towns of Salida and Poncha Springs
was prepared by Water Resources Consultants, Inc. of Denver, Colorado. The
parties requesting the study included Chaffee County and the Colorado Water
Conservation Board.
The technical considerations were prepared under the supervision and
direction of the undersigned whose seal as a licensed professional engineer
is affixed.
