Name of Subdivision: Riverside Estates <br /> <br />2, The following matters are to be found on the preliminary Map: <br /> <br />Required scale, total area, and the following numbers on <br />the check list namely: 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19 and 25 <br /> <br />3, The names and address of land-owners are R. ELVOY KING AND GLENDA K. KING <br />9701 Broadway, Amarillo, Texas 79104 <br /> <br />4. The land owners are also the subdividers. <br /> <br />5. There is no "Designer". <br /> <br />6, The name of the Surveyor is John ~chofield, whose address is c/o Davis <br />Engineering at 576 Spruce Street, Del Norte, Colorado. <br /> <br />7. The names of the abutting subdivisions are generally Northeast Rio Vista <br />and generally South is Hudson's Sentinel Mountain Club. These subdivisions <br />will show on Preliminary Map and both devoted to residential use only without <br />any commercial use whatsoever. <br /> <br />8. There are no proposed sites for. any multiple-family residential use, business <br />areas, industrial areas, or churches. It is possible that a duplex might be con- <br />sidered but in view of water situation, this would require two lots. <br /> <br />9. Proposed number of dwelling units is thirteen. <br /> <br />la, There will be no plan proposed <br />will be no use except residential. <br /> <br />for off-street parking spaces since there <br />(Single-family. but see above.) <br /> <br />11.
