Maximum daily water volume required equals:

13 lots x 3 people/lot x 175 gals,/capita/day = 6,825 gallons per day

2, Expected consumptive use of water by the subdivision?

In-house consumptive use is commonly accepted as 1/10 of total
usage and out-of-doors use as 1/2 of total usage. Therefore,
estimated consumptive use equals:

In-house usage = 4.37 acre-ft,/yr, x 1/10 = 0.44 acre-ft,/yr.

Out-of-dDors usage = 1,08 acre-ft./yr, x \ = 0,54 acre-ft./yr,

Estimated Total Consumptive Use = O,98 acre-ft,/yr,

3. Evidence of ownership or right of acquisition of or use of existing
and proposed water rights?

Attached is a copy of a Judgement and Oecree adjudicating a water
right to the subdividers in an amount of 15 gallons of water per
minute to be withdrawn from an existing well and used for domestic
purposes. The application was filed on September 5, 1980 and the
priority date of appropriation claimed is July 1, 1950,

4. Historic use and estimated yield of claimed water rights?

Accordin9 to local residents, the existing well has been used in-
termittently since approximately 1950 to provide supplemental ir-
rigation water for approximately 15 acres of land on which pasture
grass was the primary crop, Apparently there has been very limited
use of the well in recent years due to its deteriorated condition
which was discovered in 1980 when the subdividers attempted to clean

2
