Section 29, T, 40 N" R. 3 E" N,M,P,M. <br />Rio Grande County, Colorado <br />by <br />Davis Engineering Service, Inc, <br />Del Norte, Colorado <br />August 6, 1981 <br /> <br />The location of the four percolation test holes that where dug on <br />the property are shown on the preliminary plat. The results of the <br />percolation tests and related data is tabulated below: <br /> <br /> Percolation <br />Test Hole No. Depth (ft,) Rate (min,/in,) Soil Profile <br />1 3,5 1 0' - 0,5' top soil, 0-5' - 3,5' <br /> large cobble, gravel and sand <br />2 3.0 10 0' - 1. 5' top so i 1, 1. 5 ' - 3.0' <br /> cobble, gravel and sand <br />3 4.0 10 0' - 4,0' top soil and sandy <br /> clay <br />4 3.5 15 0' - 0,5' top soil, 0.5' - 3,5' <br /> grave 1 and clay <br /> <br />The water level in the well shown in proposed lot 3 on the preliminary <br />plat is 11,5 feet below the natural ground level, <br /> <br />Based on the percolation test results, it appears that on-site septic <br />tank and leaching fields will meet applicable guidelines on most lots <br />with the possible exception of the area in the vicinity of test hole <br />number one, The acceptable percolation rate for septic tank and leaching <br />
