The amount of the deductible for each <br />loss occurrence before the builrling is walled <br />and Toofed is two times the deductible whiCh <br />is selected to apply after the building is <br />lPI%lled and Toofed; <br />b. Coverage is provided before the built1ing <br />is lPI%lled and Toofed only while construction <br />is in progress. or if construction is halted. <br />only for a period of up to 90 continuous days <br />thereafter. until constrUction is resumed; <br />and <br />c. There is no coverage before the building <br />is walled and Toofed where the lowest noor. <br />including basement floor. of a non-elevated <br />building or the lowest elevated noor of an ele- <br />vated building is below the base flood ele- <br />vation in Zones AH. AE or AI-3l or is below <br />the base flood elevation adjusted to include <br />the effect of wave action in Zones VE or Vl- <br />30. The lowest noor levels are based on the <br />bottom of the lowest hOrizontal structural <br />member of the noor in Zones VE or VI-30 <br />and the top Of the Ooor in Zones AH. AMot"'''''mts made by the Association of a <br />condominium building are not covered if the <br />assessments are made to recoup loss not re- <br />imbursed to the A$sociation. under a policy of <br />insurance issued pursuant to the National <br />Flood Insurance Program. by reason of the <br />fact that the condominium building insured <br />under such policy was not. at the time of the <br />loss. insured in an amount equal to the less- <br />er of 80 percent or more of the fnll replace- <br />ment cost of the building or the maximum <br />amount of insurance available under the Na- <br />tional Flood Insurance Program. <br />C.
