<br />~ <br /> <br />FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY <br />~ <br /> <br />, . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Revised May 1, 1998 <br /> <br />1bis document, which is in two parts, contains a reprint of the National Flood <br />Insurance Program regulations (44 CFR Parts 59-78), revised as of October 1, 1997, as <br />well as final NFIP rules that became effective after October 1, 1997, through May 1, <br />1998, the effective date of this document. <br />Part I contains all the NFIP final regulations revised as of October 1, 1997. Part II <br />contains two NFIP rules revised since then: a) a final rule published on October 27,1997, <br />which revises the rule for the AR zones (flood control restoration zones) in Parts 60, 64, <br />65,70, and b) a final rule published on December 17, 1997, which increases the <br />deductible under the Standard Flood Insurance Policy for structures eligible for <br />subsidized coverage.
