<br />III.. 9 <br /> <br />r~ <br /> <br />without the Local Public Agency's or Public Body's prior written approval <br />of the subcontractor. The Local Public Agency or Public Body will not <br />approve any subcontractor for work covered by this Contract who is at <br />the time ineligible under the provisions of any applicable regulations <br />issued by the Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor or <br />the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, to receive an award of <br />such subcontract. <br /> <br />18. PROVISIONS TO BE INCLUDED IN CERTAIN SUBCONTRACTS <br /> <br />The Contractor shall include or cause to be included in each <br />subcontract covering any of the work covered by this Contract, provi- <br />sions which are consistent with these Federal Labor Standards Provisions <br />and also a clause reQuiring the subcontractors to include such provisions <br />in any lower tier subcontracts which they may enter into, together with <br />a clause reQuiring such insertion in any further subcontracts that may <br />in turn be made. <br /> <br />19. BREACH OF FOREGOING FEDERAL 1A130R STANDARDS PROVISIOnS <br /> <br />In addition to the Causes for termination of this Contract as <br />herein elsewhere set forth, the Local Public Agency or Public Body <br />reserves the right to terminate this Contract if the Contractor or any <br />subcontractor whose subcontract covers any of the work covered by this <br />Contract shall breach any of these Federal Labor Standards Provisions. <br />A breach of these Federal I~bor Standards Provisions may also be grounds <br />for debarment as provided by the applicable regulations issued by the <br />Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor. <br /> <br />Page 8 of 13 Pages <br /> <br />HUD~401O (2~76) <br />
