Sub~eouently, the Applicant subm1tted, additional <br />materials and informa~ion regarding the work which has been done <br />on the right here in issue, including the results of an <br />investigation done by Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers, Ine. <br />Based on the additional materials and infcr;nation provided by the <br />Applicant. the Division Engineer submitted a Supplemental Summary <br />of Consultation on AUglJst 21,1989 recommending approval of the <br />APplication. <br /> <br />9. The Referee does find that the APplicant has shown reasonable <br />diligence in the development of the proposed appropriation and <br />therefore concludes that the Application should be granted, and the <br />conditional water right be continued in full force and effect. <br /> <br />10.
