Draft Report. - The engineer shall submit in duplicate a <br />draft of the report, including plates, for review by the contract- <br />ing authority. <br /> <br />h. Final Report. - The engineer shall submit 100 copies of <br />the final report. The report will be presented at a meeting to be <br />arranged by the Town of Breckenridge. <br /> <br />i. Technical Addendum. - The engineer shall submit 5 copies <br />of a technical addendum within 30 days following completion of the <br />rinal report. The addendum shall include the following items: <br /> <br />(1) Discussion of the basic data and methodology used <br />in the hydrologic and hydraulic analyses. <br /> <br />(2) Recommendation for sizing street and road crossings. <br />In the event the street and road crossings in the reach to be <br />delineated are undersized, a map depicting the IRF flood plain <br />reflecting the effect of the enlarged crossings shall be included. <br /> <br />(3) Recommended channel sections for various reaches <br />that would be stable and carry the IRF discharge. <br /> <br />7. Phasinq of Work. - The engineer shall perform the work in two <br />phases as set forth below: <br /> <br />a. Phase 1. - Phase 1 shall be performed in accordance with <br />this Appendix A and shall consist of the field investigations, <br />field surveys, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, described in <br />paragraphs 6a through g. The original notes, field books, compu- <br />tations, sketches, and other basic data developed by the engineer <br />shall be made available for review by the contracting authority. <br /> <br />b. Phase 2. - Phase 2 shall be performed in accordance with <br />this Appendix A and shall consist of the remaining services and <br />materials required to complete the final flood plain report. <br /> <br />8. Time of Completion. - <br /> <br />a. Phase 1. - The Phase 1 portion of the contract shall be <br />effective upon receipt of notice to proceed and shall continue in <br />effect 90 calendar days thereafter. If extenuating circumstances <br />exist, the completion date may be extended by the contracting <br />authority. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
