The enclosed copies are for distribution as follows: three copies to the community; one copy to <br />the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District; and one copy for your office files. Under separate cover, we <br />sent copies of the revised FIS report and maps to the State Coordinator and the Study Contractor for the <br />LMMP project. <br /> <br />Please schedule a final Consultation Coordination Officer (CCO) meeting as soon as possible, If you cannot <br />hold the final CCO meeting within 60 days, please let us know, <br /> <br />After the final CCO meeting has been held, please notify us of any corrections or changes by returning an <br />annotated copy of the enclosed revised FIS report and maps. The annotated copy should be returned to us <br />within 30 days of the date of the final CCO meeting, In addition, please notify us by telephone of the results <br />of the final CCO meeting so that we may initiate the 9O-day appeal period as soon as possible, <br /> <br />To assist the community in maintaining the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), we reviewed our records to <br />determine if any previous Letters of Map Change (i.e., Letters of Map Amendment, Letters of Map Revision) <br />will be superseded when the revised FIRM panels become effective. According to our records, no Letters of <br />Map Change were issued previously for the affected FIRM panels, <br /> <br />We appreciate your cooperation.
