State of Colorado Bench Mark comprising a 5/8-inch iron rod set in
the ground 1.7 miles southeast along U.S. Highway 40 from the post
office in Steamboat Springs. Reference Mark is 20 feet east of the
highway center line and 70 feet north from the center of the
highway bridge crossing Fish Creek.

State of Colorado Bench Mark comprising a 5/8-inch re-bar .6 mile
north along Highway 40 from the Holiday Inn in Steamboat
Springs. Reference Mark is north of a power pole, 30 feet east of the
pavement, and 50 feet north of the entrance to a rest area.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District Bench Mark
comprising a 5/8-inch spike and shiner set in the ground 3.4 miles
southeast of Steamboat Springs. Reference Mark is about 650 feet
east of the Holiday Inn in Steamboat Springs and 120 feet south of
a power line crossing over Walton Creek.
