Pertinent information about the request is listed below. <br /> <br />Identifier: <br /> <br />West Tributary Falcon Basin Zone A Conversion <br /> <br />Flooding Source: <br /> <br />Unnamed Tributary to Black Squirrel Creek <br /> <br />FIRM Panel(s) Affected: <br /> <br />08041C0575 F <br /> <br />As you may know, FEMA has implemented a procedure to recover costs associated with reviewing and <br />processing requests for modifications to published flood information and maps. However, because your <br />request based on flood hazard informa1ion meant to improve upon that shown on the flood map or within <br />the flood study, and does not partially or wholly incorporate manrnade modifications within the Special <br />Flood Hazard Area, no fees will be assessed for our review_ <br /> <br />With your request, you submitted a check in the amount of $4,500 to defray the cost of FEMA's review. <br />Because no review and processing fees are required, we are returning your check with this letter. <br /> <br />We have completed an inventory of the items that you submitted. We have received all the data we require <br />to begin a detailed technical review of your request. If additional data are required, we will inform you <br />within 60 days ofthe date ofthis letter. <br /> <br />When you write us about your request, you must include the case number referenced above in your letter. <br /> <br />If you have general questions about your request, FEMA policy, or the National Flood Insurance Program, <br />please call the FEMA Map Assistance Center, toll free, at 1-877-FEMA MAP (1-877-336-2627).
