PREFACE

This Master Drainage Study for the Town of San Luis was prepared by WRC
Engineering, Inc. of Denver, Colorado. The study was prepared for the
Town of San Luis in cooperation with the Department of Local Affai rs.
Technical guidance was provided by the Colorado Water Conservation Board.

The technical considerations were prepared under the supervision and
direction of the project manager whose seal as a licensed professional
engineer is attached.
