We have been working with Mark <br />Matulik of your office who has given VS valuable input on the City's revised <br />Flood Plain Ordinance. <br /> <br />Within the ne~t several weeks, this ordinance will be processed through the <br />appropriate public hearings at Plannirtg Commission and City council. It is <br />anticipated that final approval will be made by City Council on February 17, <br />1992. <br /> <br />Since the Colorado Water Conservation Board is referred to in the revised flood <br />plain Ordinance, the City hereby requestS designation and approval from the Board <br />of the above-mentioned maps and study. The City also requests designation and <br />approval of the "MaJor Drainageway Planning Study-Lower Ralston/van Bibber and <br />Leyden Creeks, Phase B Report," for Van Bibber Creek only, dated February 1986 <br />by Wright Water Engineers, Inc. <br /> <br />If you have any questions or need further information, please contact Chris <br />Proper at 431-3037. <br /> <br /> <br />ly, <br /> <br />#~f$Jf-- <br /> <br />P.E. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />s9 <br />Encl. <br />
