Buildings with a +1 elevation difference with no estimated BFE in Unnumbered A- Zones (without basements) - building and contents coverage. Availabilitv of new Preferred Risk Policv ootions for Amounts of Coveraae The Preferred Risk Policy has been enhanced by adding two new options for amounts of coverage-- $75,000/$18,000 and $100,000/$25,000. The premiums for Building/Contents without Basement are $140 and $150 respectively and for Building/Contents with Basement are $165 and $175 respectively. No changes have been made with respect to the current basement coverage limitation which remains in force. The PRP Application form has been revised to reflect this change. For your convenience, we have included in the Flood Insurance Manual a perforated copy of this form which can be reproduced by you should a supply of the new forms not be available by the time you need them.
