WHAT POUCY FORM IS USED FOR WHAT PROPERTY? <br /> <br />There are two forms of the Standard Flood Insurance Policy, Dwelling and General <br /> <br />Property. <br /> <br />The Dwelling Form is used to insure the following: <br /> <br />o Single-family dwellings, including detached houses, townhouses/rowhouses, <br />manufactured (mobile) homes and doublewide manufactured (mobile) homes, <br />and/or their household contents; <br /> <br />o 2-4 family residential buildings (including condominiums) and/or their household <br />contents; <br /> <br />o Residential condominium units and/or their household contents <br /> <br />o 1-4 family buildings under construction; and <br /> <br />o Condominium Unit Owners' Policy. <br /> <br />The General Property Form is used to insure the following: <br /> <br />o Residential buildings (including condominiums) of more than four units and/or their <br />contents; <br /> <br />o Non-residential condominium buildings (only building coverage available); <br /> <br />o Non-residential condominium units (only contents coverage available); <br /> <br />o Non-residential buildings, including non-residential manufactured (mobile) homes <br />and doublewide manufactured (mobile) homes, and/or their non-household contents; <br /> <br />o Appurtenant private structures, if separately insured, and/or their contents; <br /> <br />o Buildings under construction other than 1-4 family buildings; <br /> <br />o Non-household contents in a residential building <br /> <br />o Household contents in a non-residential building; and <br /> <br />o Condominium Master Policy. <br /> <br />NOTE: The same policy will not cover both household personal and non-household <br />(commercial) contents. <br /> <br />POL 2 <br /> <br />October 1990 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br />
