<br />STUDY TO BE OFFICIALLY ACTED UPON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Douglas County, Colorado, <br />Unincorporated Areas", revised March 15, 1993, has been prepared by the Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency; and . .. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes, either directly or by reference, detailed floodplain <br />information for the following streams within the unincorporated portions of Douglas County: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Baldwin Gulch, <br />Cherry Creek, <br />HapJlY Canyon Creek, <br />Newlin Gulch. <br />Sulphur Gulch; <br /> <br />j <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes, either directly or by reference, approximate <br />floodplain information for the following streams within the unincorporated portions of Douglas <br />County: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Grandview Tributary <br />Jordan Road Tributary, <br />KOA tributary to Cherry Creek. <br />Kinney Creek <br />Lemon Gulch, <br />Oak Gulch, <br />Scott Gulch, <br />Unnamed tributary to Cherry Creek, <br />Unnamed tributary to Happy Canyon Creek; <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information for Sulphur Gulch and <br />Cherry Creek, which information is based on revised topographic and hydraulic data, which revises <br />previously designated floodplain information, as listed in Table 2 below: <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />e <br />
