In 1982, Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. prepared a flood plain information

report for the Arkansas River Basin at Canon City and Florence, Colorado (Reference

1). The Arkansas River hydrologic and hydraulic analyses contained therein were

used as a baseline for this study.
