At that time, MWH explained to him the <br />purpose of our study and infonned him about the Colorado Water Conservation Board's <br />(CWCB) Floodplain Designation and technical assistance programs. Multiple phone <br />conversations and messages have been placed to try to obtain a fonnal community response for <br />Mr. Rickman. Field reconnaissance was also completed to meet Mr. Rickman and obtain further <br />infonnation. No community response was produced in spite of our efforts. <br /> <br />I <br />
