Floodplain Study Designation Review
Resolution No. 01-563 - Town of Hot Sulphur Springs

Montgomery Watson Harza (MWH) initially contacted Jack Rickman, Public Works Director of
for the Town of Hot Sulphur Springs on June 17,2002. At that time, MWH explained to him the
purpose of our study and infonned him about the Colorado Water Conservation Board's
(CWCB) Floodplain Designation and technical assistance programs. Multiple phone
conversations and messages have been placed to try to obtain a fonnal community response for
Mr. Rickman. Field reconnaissance was also completed to meet Mr. Rickman and obtain further
infonnation. No community response was produced in spite of our efforts.
