The <br />peak discharge from the upper basiQ wl11 reach the proposed brldge <br />at Palll!er Park Blvd wlthin 1.5 to 2 hours after the storm begll18. <br /> <br />The basln ls open grassland with gentle rolllng hllls. The averase <br /> <br />grallient over the reach of the creek ls 2%. Salls are pr~~rl1y <br /> <br />alluvlal lIilts and sands. Except for a few culveru under r0a4s, <br /> <br />there are no existlng drainage structures or storm sewers. At po,ell" <br /> <br />the area ls used primarllY for grazlll8.
