Monitoring of SARA Title III implementation, <br />along with a dramatio increase in state responsibility involving <br />hazardous/radioactive materials programs will be Bl significant <br />activity. <br /> <br />At the local level special emphasis will be made to transfer much <br />of the record keeping and management activities to ADP systems with <br />emphas i s on resource management. data bases.
