Well <br />pardner, prepare yourself for some of the best bar-b-que in Texas! Served hot off the pit, <br />you can dine on brisket (beef) and sausage, or for those who don't eat red meat, you can <br />feast on savory chicken, Cowboy beans, mustard potato salad, cole slaw and mouth <br />watering Dutch Oven cobblers will complete your meal. We will have beer, wine and <br />soft drinks to complete you dining experience. A quick tour inside the dam will give you a unique <br />opportunity to see the "guts" of a major flood control structure and when the lights go <br />out, listen for the resident ghost! Going up river we will stop at Lake Marble Falls, Lake <br />LBJ, where the LCRA has completed a major dam safety project, and then along the <br />shores of Inks Lake to Lake Buchanan, Buchanan Dam is a very unique structure and <br />you will visit the powerhouse to see how hydroelectric power is generated, From <br />Buchanan, we will travel to Fredericksburg, a quaint German town for shopping and fun, <br />
