The CAP-SSSE is under the <br />administration of the Colorado Watet' Conservation Board (CWCB). <br /> <br />Classification: <br /> <br />Physical ScienceIResearch Scientist III <br /> <br />Purchase Order (OE) Total Amount: $5,000 <br /> <br />Funaing Split of OR Total Amount: F~-=-$-5,OGO <br /> <br />Hourly Wage: <br /> <br />$35/hr. ' <br /> <br />Invoice Submission: <br /> <br />Invoices shall be submitted bi-weekly <br /> <br />PO Date: <br /> <br />02/IO/Q3 <br /> <br />Start Date: <br /> <br />02/12/03\ <br /> <br />Job Description: <br />TASK 1 - Prepare a news/media release regarding the availability of the flood insurance <br />coverage for Colorado Communities. The news/media release shall address the following <br />elements as a minimwu: I) community contacts, 2) insurance purchase procedures, 3) <br />benefits and provisions of flood insurance coverage and 4) servicing agents. <br /> <br />TASK 2 - Prepare a final draft issue of the Spring 2003 newsletter entitled Flood Stage. <br />The newsletter articles/features will address current floodplain management pro grams, <br />flood mitigation opportunities, flood study and project activities. <br /> <br />TASK 3 - Formulate community profiles for the communities who are participating in . <br />the CWCB- FEMA Flood Mitigation Assistance Program (FMAP). The profiles shall <br />include project description; status report; contact person including address, phone <br />number, and e-mail; cost; benefits, and completion date. Prepare the contracts and <br />implement the FY 03 FMAP. <br />
