<br />. <br /> <br />Summary <br /> <br />I do not accept the A W A team's derivation of a suitable level PMP for the purposes of design <br />modification to the Cherry Creek basin for the major reasons stated above. From my review, I <br />do support the AWA's team findings that a likely further reduction to the NWS 1995 site- <br />specific study PMP could be realized if an application manual, similar to the procedures/ <br />techniques currently developed in HMR 52, would be examined using the storm data available <br />for the HMR 55A region of interest. However, I do not believe that reductions as large as <br />21 percent as indicated by the A W A team would be achieved but more so of 5 to 10 percent at <br />most. <br />
