<br />- <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report meets all the requirements as approximate floodplain <br />information for Gregory Creek (only) under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the <br />Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in <br />Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado this 10th day of November, 1992 <br />that it does hereby designate and approve the 100-year floodplains as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report, dated July 15, 1992 and does <br />hereby rescind those portions of Resolution 92.336 for those stream reaches heretofore <br />described as having new information as the result of Letters of Map Revision; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send <br />a certified copy of this resolution to the City of Boulder; the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Boulder County; The Colorado Office of Emergency Management; and <br />the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a <br />majority vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session <br />assembled at Denver.
