The study revises and <br />updates the "Spring Creek Major Draina.geway Plan", by Gingery <br />Associates, Inc., prepared in 1980. Various alternatives for <br />improving the existing flooding problem between College Avenue and <br />the Burlington Northern Railroad were investigated, with a <br />recommended alternative presented herein. Additional improvements <br />to the Spring Creek Orainageway consistent with developing a 100- <br />year event, developed conditions system capacity are also <br />presented.
