This memorandum serves as a summary of the Town's assumed position on the <br />designation based on discussions with local officials. <br /> <br />Ms. Ann Jennings, with the Town, was contacted regarding the designation request. She <br />indicated that the UDFCD handles all of their drainage projects, and they have advised not to <br />proceed with the designation request until the Town receives their map revisions from FEMA. <br />She was going to contact CWCB directly regarding this issue. As of publication of this report, <br />no designation request letters were received, <br />
