Thi s means <br />there is a backlog of O&M work to be performed. <br /> <br />This includes $75,000 for an independent audit and crosswalk by <br />an outside accounting firm. Also beginning in FY 1986 the <br />Powerplant Branch Chief position, which had been vacant for an <br />extended period, was filled. This increased the payroll <br />approx.imately $40,000 for this and future periods.
