I. General Intl:oduction

A. Firm Historv

By way of introduction, ICON traces their roots to the former Colorado office of Greenhorne
& O'Mara, Inc, (G&O). Founded in 1981 this office was established to serve as a water
resource specialty branch for the nationally based G&O, The firm quickly gained a loyal
following of clients charged with management of drainage and flood control. In 1985, Penn
Gildersleeve joined the firm and the office established a national reputation for innovation in
the planning, design and construction management of Water Resource projects with particular
emphasis on riverine studies and public sector flood control improvements. In January of
1997, Mr. Gildersleeve and two other senior managers from the office, Doug Williams and
Matthew Ursetta, founded ICON Engineering, Inc. by purchasing the branch office from
G&O. Over the past two years, the firm has grown and prospered, all the time maintaining
our goals of hands-on involvement of the firm principals, paying attention to what our clients
say, and producing work product that is on time and in budget.

,.<'mlle1sfall;l'equiremllntsi uMeritlI'iS<tlll)t,ract:
llnv~J;Mefro<gffices <,<'.'.
