<br />IV. Project Team <br /> <br />A, General On!anization <br /> <br />ICON Engineering, Inc, will serve as the overall project leader and all communications will <br />go through our office. Our Team organization chart has been presented in a previous section. <br />Our key management personnel's responsibilities are described in general in the following <br />paragraphs, <br /> <br />PrinciDal-in-Chargp. (PIC): Mr. Penn Gildersleeve, P.E., will manage this contract. <br />He successfully served in this same capacity for a contract with the Omaha District that <br />addressed a similar wide nmge of services, His 26 years of consulting engineering experience <br />include serving as a design/study engineer on literally hundreds of water resource projects, <br />giving him a broad technical background. His experience also includes having planned, <br />designed, andlor provided construction engineering services on over $100 million in public <br />infrastructure improvements including drainage and flood control structures, roads, utilities, <br />and water and wastewater treatment facilities, <br /> <br />His responsibilities under this contract will be to: <br /> <br />. Organize and apply personnel resources to meet contract commitments <br />· Monitor compliance with quality assurance and review processes <br />. Prepare progress reports and invoices <br />. Negotiate subcontracts <br />. Ensure that all activities are accomplished to advance the mission of the CWCR <br />. Ensure availability of personnel and corporate financial resources <br />. Provide general guidance and advice to the Project Manager <br />. Solicit client feedback on contract perfOlmancl~ <br />. Monitor performance against the subcontracting plan <br />. Handle all contract matters <br />. Prepare change order proposals and negotiate contract revisions <br />. Designate staff personnel assignments <br /> <br />proj ect Manager: Mike Vinson will serve as the overall Project Manager. His <br />additional responsibilities under this contract will be to: <br /> <br />. Serve as the primary point,of,contact for the CWCB <br />. Prepare Work Plans for review by the Principal,ln,Charge and the CWCB <br />. Direct work on individual tasks under the contract <br />. Report progress, expenditures, and results to the Principal In Charge <br />. Be responsible for overall study report production <br /> <br />15 <br />
