The Study Manager serves as point of contact for the <br />owners and will be available for meetings and for coordination with the Consultant. The <br />Consultant will be responsible for providing a project manager and/or project engineer to <br />serve as the point of contact for coordination with the Study Manager. The Study Manager <br />will also coordinate with the City (Mr. Bob Smith, 970-224-6021) and the CWCB (Mr. Tom <br />Browning, 303-866-3441) to assure that all project sponsors are fully updated on the Study <br />progress. <br /> <br />H. Completion of Work <br /> <br />The Consultant shall complete all tasks as assigned in this Scope of Work within 90 days of the <br />Notice to Proceed. Notice to Proceed and Study initiation shall be implied when a Study <br />contract has been fully signed by all parties to the contract. The format of the final manual <br />shall be a bound 8.5" by 11" report in a comb binder with foldout pages or map pockets as <br />necessary. Study contract will not terminate until such time that the CWCB has accepted and <br />approved the Study report for consideration of a project loan from the CWCB construction fund, <br /> <br />Project completion shall not extend beyond December 31, 2002 under any circumstance. <br /> <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />
