<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board that it does <br />hereby designate and approve as approximate floodplain information the streams, lakes, ponds, and <br />local storm drainage areas within Park County, in said report dated November 22, 1977, that do not <br />meet the criteria for the "Board's Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of <br />Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater RunoffCbannels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1), contingent <br />upon the understanding that Park County will regulate those approximate floodplains on a case-by- <br />case basis, subject to hydrologic and hydraulic aJlalyses (as outlined in Table 2) that are to be <br />performed by a registered professional engineer and submitted by the developer or development <br />proponent; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the Board of County Commissioners of Park County; the Town <br />of Fairplay; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; and the Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Castle Rock, Colorado, on the 29th day of March 1999, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />~ d. ~.-- <br /> <br />Petc:r H.
