All fees necessary to process this LOMR, a total of $2,820, have been
received,

We have completed our review of the submitted data and the flood data shown on the effective FIRM,
and have revised the FIRM to modify the floodplain boundary delineations of a flood having a I-percent
chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year (base flood) along Tributary C from approximately
350 feet downstream of 1-25 to just downstream of the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad,

As a result of this project, the flow from the base flood previously carried by Tributary C was diverted
into the storm water sewer system and through the detention pond, The Special Flood Hazard Area
(SFHA) was removed along the storm water sewer system from approximately 400 feet downstream of
1-25 to just downstream of the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad, However, the SFHA width
increased by a maximum of 200 feet at the backwater area from approximately 230 feet upstream to
approximately 180 feet upstream of U ,S, Highway 85, and increased by a maximum of 500 feet at the
detention pond from approximately 450 feet upstream to approximately 250 feet upstream of Highway 85,
The property affected by the increased SFHA is owned by the requester.
