<br />The Dillon Reservoir controls the flooding at the mouths of <br />Tenmile Creek, Meadow Creek, and Miners Creek. <br /> <br />The Letter of Map Revision issued on December 27, 1991, for the <br />Town of Frisco, Colorado, to reflect revised hydraulic analyses <br />for Tenmile Creek, Tenmile Creek Side Channels land 2, and the <br />construction of rock dams, is shown on Flood Insurance Rate Map <br />Panel 0001. As a result of the allalyses and construction, the <br />lOO-year floodplain and floodway boundaries were revised. <br /> <br />For each stream studied in detail, the boundaries of the lOO- and <br />500-year floods, as applicable, have been delineated, using the <br />flood elevations determined at cross sections, on topographic <br />maps at scales of 1:360 (Reference l6); l:l,200 (Reference 17); <br />and l:4,800 (Reference 18). <br /> <br />21 <br />
