The pu:r>pose of this report is to provide adequate <br /> <br /> <br />mapping and data for implementing flood plain management programs. <br /> <br />Included in the report aPe info~ation on past floods, flood potential, <br /> <br /> <br />maps, profiles, cross sections, discharge data, and recommendations for <br /> <br /> <br />reducing potential flood damages on the Coal Creek and Rock Creek study <br /> <br />aPea. <br /> <br />The Soil ConseY'Vation SeY'Vice conducted the technical studies and <br />prepared the repqrt, These seY'Vices were carried out in accordance with <br />the Plan of Study of May 1974. <br /> <br />The assistance and cooperation provided by the Colomdo Water <br /> <br /> <br />Conservation Board, the Ul~ban Drainage and Flood Contml District, the <br /> <br /> <br />Coal Creek Water-Users Association, Boulder and Weld Counties, aPe <br /> <br /> <br />appreciated and gratefully acknowledged.
