<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />GC.43 <br /> <br />WORK performed shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR or his surety from responsibility for <br />defective WORK and/or materials as guaranteed by the surety bond or bonds. <br /> <br />The OWNER or his authorized representative shall be given full access to all books, <br />correspondence, and papers of the CONTRACTOR relating to this CONTRACT in order to <br />determine the amounts to be paid on account of the termination of the CONTRACT. <br /> <br />NO WAIVER OF RIGHTS. No assent by the OWNER, expressed or implied to any breach <br />of anyone or more of the covenants, provisions, and agreements of the CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS shall be deemed or taken to be a waiver of any succeeding breach. <br /> <br />III-3D <br />(1723 - 10/93) <br />
