<br />e <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Owned <br />Hired <br />Non-owned <br /> <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The Liability Insurance shall include as additional insureds: the OWNER, the <br />E\GINEER, the OWNER's Representative, and their consultants, and each of their <br />dIrectOrs, officers, agents and employees. The insurance afforded to these additional <br />insures shall be primary insurance. If the additional insures have other insurance <br />which might be applicable (0 any loss, the amount of the insurance provided under this <br />anicle or LIABILITY INSURANCE shall not be reduced or prorated by the existence <br />of such other insurance. <br /> <br />30.04 BULDERS' RISK "ALL RISK" INSURANCE. Upon execution of the Agreement, <br />the CONTRACTOR shall provide a certificate(s) of insurance showing that he has <br />obtained for the period of the contract Builder's Risk "All Risk" completed value <br />insurance coverage (including flood insurance) upon the entire project which is the <br />subject of the contract and including completed work and work in progress. At the <br />same time, the CONTRACTOR shall provide the insurance endorsement(s) as a part <br />of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. Such insurance shall include as additional <br />insureds: the OWNER, the ENGINEER, THE OWi\1:R's Representative, and their <br />consultants, and each of their directors, officers, employees and agents. <br /> <br />Such insurance may have a deductible clause but not to exceed $25,000. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />30.05 CO\TRACTOR'S LIABILITY NOT LIMITED BY INSURANCE. Nothing contained <br />to these insurance requirements is to be construed as limiting the liability of the <br />CO\TRACTOR or the CONTRACTOR's sureties. <br /> <br />30.06 GE:\ERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE. Bodily injury coverage shall be for not less <br />than Sl.OOO.OOO aggregate. <br /> <br />Property damages coverage shall be for not less then 5500.000 each occurrence and <br />S 1.000.000 aggregate. <br /> <br />Personal injury coverage shall be for not less than S1.000.000 aggregate. <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />:.i.' <br /> <br />Bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage coverage shall be in a combined <br />single limit of not less than Sl ,000.000 each occurrence and Sl ,000:000 aggregate. <br /> <br />30.07 <br /> <br />AUTOMOBILE LIABlLITY. Bodily injury coverage shall be for not less than <br />5500.000 for each person and not less than $1.000,000 for each accident, per each <br />occurrence, <br /> <br />Property damage coverage shall be for not less than 5500.000 for each occurrence. <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />Bodily injury and property damage coverage shall be in a combined single limit of not <br />less than 51.000.000 for each occurrence and $1.000.000 aggregate. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />30.08 EMPLOYER'S LIABILITY INSURANCE.
